September 2008 and we are just under one month away now from the 4th and final race of the series! September is also a good month for us Phuket residents as the legendary Jones family returns to this sunny isle. Hugo Jones was the original founder of TriBallistic along with his wife Debbie. It will also be good to get the Teisha and Taj back as they are serious junior triathletes and I am sure will be ready to get top spot again in their age groups. Also with Debbie and Hugo now not being organisers maybe we can all convince them to take part in a race or three! Welcome back guys and great to have you here again. 

Race 4 of 4 will be held at the Indigo Pearl Resort, Nai Yang Beach, Phuket on Saturday  11th October. On line registration is now available for this race. Race day will consist of an adults sprint  & Olympic distance race, a junior race and a Splash n Dash race for the chldren. In the event of rough seas the race will be converted to a Duathlon race (run, bike, run). 

The setting of the Indigo Pearl resort lends itself to hosting such an event with its location being on the protected shores of Nai Yang Beach and also its close proximity to a national park and quite traffic free shaded roads.  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY FOR THIS EVENT ON LINE TO AVOID DISAPOINTMENT AND ALSO DELAYS ON RACE DAY!

Scotts Corner this month gives us all excellent tips on nutrition and how to stay hydrated in these tropical conditions that we all race in.

Our new range of Triathlon and Cycle clothing is now on sale. This is an exciting new design which I promise you will make you stand out from the rest. We know you will love this new design and also the quality of these garments. TriBallistic wishes to thank everybody who has either donated products, cash or just voluntary help towards the Thai Children's Social programme. We have been astounded at the generosity of people towards this cause THANK YOU ALL, you all deserve a huge round of applause. However now we have started this project lets keep it going and not loose any momentum. The biggest reward is to see the smile on these childrens faces!
